How to Clear Website-Specific Cache for Bebop

If you see an error like “Something went wrong”, your browser may be storing an outdated version of the app. To fix this, clear the cache just for bebop.ai.

Google Chrome (Windows / Mac)

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. In the address bar, type or paste:

    chrome://settings/content/all
  3. In the search bar, type bebop.ai.

  4. Click the trash can icon next to bebop.ai.

  5. Close Chrome completely and re-open it.

  6. Log back into Bebop.


Safari (iPad / iPhone)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.

  3. Tap Advanced > Website Data.

  4. In the search bar, type bebop.ai.

  5. Swipe left on bebop.ai and tap Delete.

  6. Close Safari completely and re-open it.

  7. Log back into Bebop.


Safari (Mac)

  1. In the menu bar, click Safari > Settings.

  2. Go to the Privacy tab.

  3. Select Manage Website Data.

  4. In the search bar, type bebop.ai.

  5. Select bebop.ai and click Remove.

  6. Click Done, then refresh Bebop.

Tip: If you still have issues in Safari, try installing Google Chrome and logging into Bebop there. Chrome handles cache more reliably and usually resolves the issue immediately.
