Bebop Ready-to-Sell (RTS) is a fully managed service, so our team handles the setup and running of your campaigns. Here are answers to the questions we hear most.

#### **How do I change who receives my leads?**

Contact your account manager or email **[support@bebop.ai](mailto:support@bebop.ai)** with the name and email address of the person who should receive your leads. Let us know if they're replacing someone or being added alongside them.

#### **Can I add more people from my team?**

Yes. Contact your account manager or email **[support@bebop.ai](mailto:support@bebop.ai)** with the names and email addresses of the teammates you'd like to add, and we'll help you set them up.

#### **How are my leads delivered?**

RTS leads are delivered daily and pushed straight into your CRM (for example HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive). If you're using HubSpot, see our [Bebop Ready-to-Sell: HubSpot API Integration Guide](https://help.bebop.ai/knowledge-base/bebop-ready-to-sell-hubspot-api-integration-guide?hsLang=en).

#### **How do I report a lead quality issue?**

If some of your leads aren't a good fit, let us know so we can fine-tune your campaign. Email **[support@bebop.ai](mailto:support@bebop.ai)** or tell your account manager, and include:

- The **company names** of the leads that weren't a fit
- **Why** they weren't a fit (for example wrong industry, too small, wrong location, or a competitor)
- If possible, a few examples of **good leads** you'd like to see more of

The more examples you share, the faster we can improve your results.

#### **Can I also use the Bebop App?**

Yes. RTS customers also get full access to the Bebop App, so you can run your own searches and generate Playbooks alongside your daily RTS leads.
