Step-by-Step: Using Bebop Effectively

1. Start with a Prompt

Use everyday language to describe what you’re looking for.

Example:

  • “Find mid-sized marketing agencies in Texas hiring for video production roles.”

  • “Show me decision-makers at fintech startups raising Series A.”

Tips:

  • Be clear about industry, location, or behavior (e.g., hiring, launching, spending).

  • Include job titles if you want specific contacts.

2. Explore Results

Bebop will return companies, contacts, and business signals based on your prompt.

You can switch between Company View and Contact View, and apply filters for industry, size, location, and more.


3. View a Company Profile

Click into any company to view:

  • Company overview and business focus

  • Key stakeholders

  • Hiring signals, recent activity, and digital presence

  • Generate Playbook button to unlock full strategic research


4. Generate a Playbook (Premium Feature)

Playbooks are your secret weapon — a full prospect brief created in ~30–60 seconds.

They include:

  • Tailored talking points

  • Objection handling

  • Stakeholder mapping

  • Deal strategy & messaging guidance

  • Even outreach suggestions!

You can create a playbook from:

  • A company profile page

  • The Playbooks tab directly

5. Personalize Bebop to Your Product

Tell Bebop what you sell and how you sell it. That way, your playbooks and research are fine-tuned to your GTM strategy.

Just go to My Bebop → Add your product description, ICP, and tone.
