How to Create a Document in Bebop 2.0 — Word, PDF, and PowerPoint

Bebop 2.0 can generate professional, fully structured documents for you — Word files, PDFs, and PowerPoint presentations — all from a simple chat request. No templates, no formatting, no manual work. Just ask and Bebop builds it.

What Kind of Documents Can Bebop Create?

All generated documents need to be downloaded to view and edit — they cannot be previewed directly inside Bebop.

How to Generate a Document

There's no button to find or menu to navigate. You simply ask Bebop in the chat — just like you'd ask a colleague.

Step 1 — Open Prospecting

Start a new session in the Prospecting tab. Make sure your Product is set up in My Bebop so Bebop has the right context about what you sell.

Step 2 — Ask Bebop to Create a Document

Type your request naturally in the chat. Be specific about what you want and what format you need. Here are some examples:

  • "Can you create me a full sales process and make it a Word document?"
  • "Generate a competitor comparison report and export it as a PDF"
  • "Create a pitch deck for my product and save it as a PowerPoint"

Step 3 — Download Your Document

Once Bebop finishes generating, a download link appears directly in the chat. Click it to download your file immediately.

Bebop also tells you exactly what's inside the document — so you know what you're getting before you open it.

Step 4 — Find It Again Anytime

Every document Bebop generates is automatically saved to your Assets tab. You don't need to download it right away — it'll be there whenever you need it.
