# Data Accuracy and Bounced Emails

## How Bebop sources contact data, and what to do if something looks wrong.

#### **Where does Bebop's data come from?**

Bebop combines several sources to find and verify company and contact information, including:

- 300+ U.S. B2B data cooperatives
- Daily buyer intent signals
- Real-time research of company websites and public sources

Bebop always uses the best data available. However, people change jobs and companies update their details, so some contact information may occasionally be out of date or incomplete.

#### **Why is some contact information missing?**

Not every company or contact has full details available. Where data exists, Bebop shows names, roles, emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles. Where it doesn't, those fields may be blank.

#### **How to report bad data or bounced emails**

If you find a contact that's wrong, or an email that bounced, let us know so we can look into it and improve our data.

Email **[support@bebop.ai](mailto:support@bebop.ai)** with:

- The **company name**
- The **contact name** and the details that were wrong (for example, the email that bounced)
- The search or list where you found it, if possible
