      Please note, export is currently only available for subscribed Bebop users.

      Can I email and add the contacts to my marketing campaigns?

      Yes, Bebop’s data is ready for use in your marketing campaigns. However, ensure that all outreach is conducted responsibly and in compliance with relevant laws, including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc). Always follow best practices for consent and opt-outs when engaging with potential customers. 

      What is the 'My Bebop' section for? 

      Customizing Bebop to fit your needs enhances your experience. Train Bebop by adding information about you and your business.

      It’s where you:

      • Add your product or service details.

      • Train Bebop on your value props, tone, and messaging.

      • Centralize enablement so every Playbook is customized to what you sell.

      Why do I get a 'Company not found' message when using the Company Research function

      This message usually appears because the company’s website has anti-scraping protections in place. These measures block automated tools - like Bebop's Company Research - from gathering live data. It’s a common practice for sites that want to safeguard proprietary content, prevent automated data extraction, or protect server performance.

      At Bebop, we’re continually improving our algorithms to reduce the frequency of these issues and expand our coverage. If you encounter a “Company not found” message, please let us know and share the company’s website. This helps us fine-tune our system and improve future lookups.

        How do I generate a Playbook for a prospect?

        To create a Playbook, navigate to the 'Playbooks' section on your Bebop dashboard, enter the prospect's details, and Bebop will compile the information into a structured format.

        Before creating a Playbook, make sure you’ve set up your product in Bebop. Uploading product information allows Bebop to personalize each Playbook to match what you’re selling — from messaging to objection handling.

        👉 To do this, head to "My Bebop" in the left-hand menu, then select "Products" to add your product details. Once your product is set up, you’re ready to start generating personalized Playbooks.

        How long does it take to generate a Playbook?

        Most Playbooks are ready in 30 to 60 seconds, depending on your prompt and the complexity of the company data.

        Can I create multiple Playbooks at once?

        Yes — you can queue multiple Playbooks back to back. Bebop will process them in sequence. You’ll see their status in the lower right corner of your screen.

        Where can I find my finished Playbooks?

        Once completed, Playbooks will appear in two places:

        • In the “Playbooks in Progress” tray (bottom right)

        • In your Playbooks tab inside the dashboard
